Shipping, Returns and Customs

SHIPPING

At Vulcan Force, we’re super excited to have fans all across the world! For our international customers, please note that it typically takes 15-20 business days for an order to arrive, plus the processing and handling time it takes to prep your order in our warehouse. However the shipping time frame can widely vary depending on location.

Indicated Delivery Time

The delivery time may vary and is only indicative. Vulcan Force is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process, late payments or any other situation, beyond our will.

RETURNS

All items can be returned any time within 30 days of purchase and providing the items are in an unused condition you can receive a full refund for the price of the merchandise. Returns can be sent to the shipment address provided on shipment labels.

CUSTOMS

Vulcan Force is not responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by customs and any carrier-related fees.

If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the Client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the Vulcan Force's commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to origin. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
